Welcome to Woking Massage Therapy

I am a fully qualified and insured Sports Massage Therapist based in Brookwood, Woking.  I specialize in the treatment of chronic pain and sports injury and offer a range of treatments include sports massage & muscle testing as well as myofascial release and craniosacral therapy. Each technique has its own level of effectiveness in helping to release restrictions , increase range of movement & reduce scar tissue: each aiming to address the source of your pain.

At your first appointment I will guide you through a thorough consultation and assessment process which will usually involve postural and gait analysis. This will help me identify misalignments in your posture or movement patterns which may be contributing to your pain, or negatively affecting your training or performance. This process aims to help you get the maximum benefit from your session.

Sports Massage

Sports Massage

Massage focusing on soft tissue manipulation, including muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia. This treatment is effective for maintaining suppleness and flexibility and aiding recovery on rest days, thus enhancing sporting performance.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage

An intensive massage treatment using stronger techniques to manipulate excessively ‘stressed’ soft tissue structures, incorporating Trigger Point Massage and Structural Fascial techniques to target taut and fatigued muscles, increase range of motion, and locate and neutralize painful ‘knots’, which can hinder training and lead to injury.

NKT Muscle Test

NeuroKinetic Therapy  (NKT) ®

This technique aims to locate the original source of your pain. NKT uses muscle testing to identify dysfunctional relationships between muscle groups and movement patterns. Once these dysfunctions have been identified, then corrective exercises are provided to help ‘reset’ the system.
